How to Use

The BarAides are easily applied to an athletes hands following the process below:

Step 1

Insert fingers into universal finger holes with the logos facing away from the palm of your hand. After your fingers are in, pull the grip flush with your hand.

Using your preferred athletic tape, secure The BarAides to your wrist. Make sure you tape the BarAide to your wrist with your wrist straight.  This will reduce the chance of the BarAide slipping during a workout.

You are now ready to do your workout with your hands protected!

Optional Steps

Optional Steps

Option Steps for Added Grip Security.  This optional step is for athletes who go through the standard process above, but notice that The BarAides are slipping out of the standard hold.  This process is recommended for athletes who weigh over 200 pounds.

Fold over the “tail” of The BarAide which extends along your forearm

Using your preferred athletic tape, secure the tail which you folded over in the previous step.

You are now ready to do your workout via the added security method.
